Claims (1)
- 開閉可能な制御弁によつて不活性ガスが送り込
まれる乾燥チヤンバー本体に、有機溶媒に溶けた
試料を噴霧する噴霧ノズルを備えた有機溶媒スプ
レードライヤ装置において、前記乾燥チヤンバー
本体に、噴霧ノズルを着脱自在に装着すると共に
噴霧ノズルの有無を検知し、噴霧ノズルの無の時
に前記制御弁を開とする噴霧ノズル検知センサを
設けたことを特徴とする有機溶媒スプレードライ
ヤ装置。
