  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 表裏両面に電極層をもつ複数の圧電板と、電気
    的に接続されて電極となる複数の金属電極板とか
    らなり、該圧電板と該金属電極板とが交互に積層
    されて形成される圧電積層体において、 該圧電板の該電極層は該圧電板の外周端面から
    ０．２〜０．５mmの内周側より形成され外周縁部
    に０．２〜０．５mmの幅のリング状絶縁部をもつ
    ことを特徴とする圧電積層体。
