を有効成分とする養毛化粧料に関するものであ
る。 男性型脱毛症には数多くの薬剤がその治療に応
用されている。その作用メカニズムとしては、頭
皮の血行を促進したり、毛母細胞を活性化した
り、頭皮の脂質の分泌を抑制する薬剤を組み合わ
せる例や、その他毛髪の栄養成分であるアミノ酸
やビタミン類を配合する例が多い。 特開昭50−76214号公報には、脱臭用化粧料用
担体(ベース)の中に配合するサルノコシカケ科
の葺からの抽出物として、サルノコシカケ科のさ
るのこしかけ族のつりがねたけ亜族に属するウン

極めて顕著な毛成長促進効果を発現することを見
出し、本発明を完成した。 すなわち、本発明は炭素数4〜5のアルコー
ル、炭化水素類、ハロゲン化炭化水素類、エーテ
ル類、エステル類からなる群から選択された少な
くとも一つの溶媒により抽出された霊芝の抽出物
を含有していることを特徴とする養毛化粧料に関
するものである。 本発明の炭素数4〜5のアルコール、炭化水素
類、ハロゲン化炭化水素類、エーテル類、エステ
ル類等の有機溶媒による抽出物は乾燥物として養
毛化粧料の組成物(処方成分)の全量重量に対し
て通常0.01〜10重量%、好ましくは0.1〜5重量
%配合される。 本発明の霊芝の抽出に用いる溶媒は、炭素数4
または5のアルコール類、炭化水素類、ハロゲン
化炭化水素類、エーテル類、エステル類の各単独
かあるいはそれらの混合物である。 本発明における溶媒としては、例えば、n−ブ
チルアルコール、イソブチルアルコール、第二ブ
チルアルコール、第三ブチルアルコール、n−ア
ミルアルコール、イソアミルアルコール、第二ア
ミルアルコール等の炭素数4〜5のアルコール
類、ペンタン、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、オクタン、
シクロヘキサン、ベンゼン、トルエン、キシレ
ン、エチルベンゼン、石油エーテル、等の炭化水
素類、塩化メチレン、クロロホルム、四塩化炭
素、塩化エチレン、トリクロルエチレン、パーク

温の何れでもよい。養毛化粧料の基剤に配合する
場合の霊芝抽出物は抽出液そのものか、または乾
燥状態のものでもよい。 本発明の霊芝抽出物(抽出成分)は粉末状を呈
し、人体に安全で皮膚刺激が無く、該抽出物をオ
リーブ油に1および5重量%分散せしめた液を試
料液として、後記ドレイズ(Draize)の方法に
準じ、皮膚刺激試験を行つた結果、動物皮膚刺激
スコアーおよびヒト皮膚刺激スコアーは何れも0
であつて、該抽出物には皮膚刺激性の無いことを

トニツク、ヘアーローシヨン、ヘアークリーム、
シヤンプー、リンス等の剤型にすることが可能で
ある。本発明の養毛化粧料における基剤として
は、例えば水、エタノール等のアルコール類、グ
リセリン等の多価アルコール類、流動パラフイ
ン、高級脂肪酸(ステアリン酸等)、脂肪酸グリ
セライド(グリセリンモノステアレート等)、高
級アルコール、動植物油、ワツクス類等の油性物
質、界面活性剤(乳化剤、可溶化剤)、殺菌剤、
角質溶解剤等を適宜配合し得る。 本発明の養毛化粧料は、ヒトまたは動物の皮膚
に塗布すると顕著良好な毛成長促進効果(養毛効
果)を発揮し、かつ長期保存しても安定であつ
て、その商品価値は極めて高い。 以下、実施例について説明する。実施例に示す
部とは重量部を、%とは重量%を意味する。 実施例 1 乾燥した霊芝粉末100gを、第2表に示す各種
