- 非破壊検査を行う検査機器の検定に用いる検定
治具であり、セラミツクス基台と、このセラミツ
クス基台に人工的に形成された欠陥部とを有し、
この人工欠陥部として直径が５０μｍ以下である
欠陥が少なくともひとつ形成されていることを特
徴とする非破壊検査機器検定用セラミツクス試験
片。
