- 半導体集積回路の最終検査工程において被測定
半導体集積回路を取扱うオートハンドラが持つて
いるダブルコンタクト方式による同一ＤＵＴの再
測定機能に対して、ＩＣを検査するテスタに再測
定時のデバイスプログラムのシーケンスを判断さ
せる機能を持たせた事を特徴とする半導体デバイ
スのテストプログラム。
