し、また第1鍔部4と第2鍔部5との間隔を単に
玩具形成用のプラスチツクフイルムの厚さと同程
度としたものであるために、その吹鳴笛を挿入す
る際にプラスチツクフイルムを損傷したり、挿入
後もプラスチツクフイルムの膜厚を考慮していな
いために容易にはずれたりする等の問題が生じて

部から前記空気流通部における重ね合わせ体の融
着巾長より2倍以上の間隔をおいて第2鍔部を突
設して設け、更に吹鳴笛の管径が、第2鍔部より
第1鍔部とは反対側の端部に向けて小となるよう
に形成したことを特徴とするものである。

鍔部間をプラスチツクフイルムの融着幅の2倍以
上、好ましくは3倍から10倍の長さとすることに
より、笛体を安定して膨らまし玩具中に保持する
ことができることを見出したものである。また笛
体の径を、第2鍔部より第1鍔部とは反対側の端
部に向けて小となるようにテーパー形状に笛体を
形成することにより、笛体を挿入する際に、容易
に且つプラスチツクフイルムを損傷することなく
挿入することができるものである。
