As mentioned above, the conventional cleaning method was to wash by hand, so using a cleaning liquid such as gasoline or other volatile oil is inconvenient for the health of the worker, and it is also unreasonable to have to re-wash because the cleaning cannot be done sufficiently. This is a method that consumes a lot of cleaning fluid.

This idea was developed to solve the above problem.
A cleaning liquid circulation system in which an object A to be washed, such as an ink fountain with ink or the like adhered to it, is supported on a support part 31 of a support shaft 3 which is rotated by a drive device 6 in a container 1. In the case where cleaning is performed using a nozzle 7 that sprays cleaning liquid, the support shaft 3 is provided so that both left and right end portions thereof protrude outside the container body 12 of the container 1, and the support shaft 3 is attached to the container body. 1 2 , and the bearing shaft 3 has one end supported by a bearing 4, and a slider 5 1 provided at the other end on the opposite side. 1 2 is characterized in that it has a moving device 5 that engages with a moving bearing 5 2 provided at 1 2 .

To wash the ink fountain A for the next printing after finishing printing, with the lid 2 open, move the ink fountain A to the support part 3 1 of the support shaft 3 in the container 1 . At the same time, the support part 3 1 is fixed by the fixing body 3 12 .
Next, the cleaning liquid reservoir 13 of the container body 12 is filled with the cleaning liquid, and the opening 11 is closed with the lid 2.
When the cleaning liquid transfer device (for example, a pump) 8 is operated, the cleaning liquid in the reservoir 1 3 of the vessel 1 2 is sucked out of the vessel 1 2 by the transfer device 8 and is applied by the transfer device 8. The ink is forced to reach the nozzle 7 and is sprayed from the spout 7 1 toward the ink fountain A to wash away the ink adhering to the ink fountain A. However, in this state, the ink fountain A cannot be evenly washed, so this method is not suitable for this design. By operating the drive device 6, the support shaft 3 is rotated and reciprocated in the longitudinal direction of the support shaft 3, so that the cleaning liquid sprayed from the nozzle 7 is evenly radiated both inside and outside the ink fountain A. It provides a complete cleansing.

In addition, since the above-mentioned cleaning operation is performed with the opening 11 of the sealed container 1, that is, the container body 12 , being closed with the lid 2, the cleaning liquid is not scattered outside the container 1 during the cleaning operation. Can be washed.

and falls into the reservoir 13 again. If a filter device 10 is provided between the container 1 and the pump during such circulation of the cleaning liquid, the dirty cleaning liquid will be filtered out and a clean cleaning liquid with no ink mixed therein will be obtained.

As mentioned above, this idea has the biggest disadvantage in that conventional cleaning operations for cleaning ink fountain A stained with ink during printing operations seriously contaminate hands, etc., and waste cleaning fluid. However, since it was difficult to perform accurate and reliable cleaning in a short period of time, the cleaning solution was sprayed powerfully into the ink fountain A in a sealed container 1, and the spray was evenly distributed over the entire ink fountain. Since the ink fountain A is cleaned accurately and reliably, no ink remains, and
It is efficient because the work can be done in a short time, and there is no need to stain the worker with ink-containing cleaning solution.
When the cleaning liquid is an organic solution, it is highly safe because it prevents the cleaning liquid from scattering or evaporating and causing hygiene problems such as inhalation by workers.
