- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 垂直面内で揺動する水平アーム又は垂直面内を
昇降する水平アームを、直立した旋回柱に装着さ
せ、この旋回柱の旋回中心における頂上部にレー
ザ光導入部を設けたレーザロボツトにおいて、 前記旋回柱の旋回中心における頂上部を支柱と
して必要な剛性をもつた第１ビームガイドとして
形成し、かつ、レーザ発振器から延長されてきた
ビームガイドの先端部を支柱として必要な剛性を
もつた第２ビームガイドとして形成し、これら第
１ビームガイド及び第２ビームガイドを同心的に
はめ合わせ、軸受を介して回動可能に結合してな
るレーザロボツト。
