``Okonomiyaki'' is a food preparation method that is widely popular in Japan. It is made by mixing flour dissolved in water with vegetables, fish, meat, and other toppings of your choice, then spreading the mixture on a griddle and baking it. In other words, ``Okonomiyaki is widely popular among adults and children alike, as it allows you to enjoy the process of cooking it around a cooking table covered with a griddle, and also at home and in restaurants. It takes skill to spread flour to a certain thickness on the iron plate, and the edges are often thin or jagged, which not only makes it unsightly, but also makes it easier to burn only the edges, resulting in poor baked results. Another disadvantage is that it is difficult to obtain okonomiyaki. Also, normally, okonomiyaki is only made in a round shape, which lacks taste, and the ingredients tend to protrude around the edges, so it never looks good.

In order to achieve this purpose, the okonomiyaki of the present invention is made by placing bread dough in a container whose outer rim is formed to draw a desired shaded figure, baking bread, and slicing the bread so that the outer line forms the desired shaded figure. A slice of bread with a certain thickness is made, the sliced bread is frozen, a cut is made along the outline of the sliced bread approximately a certain width inside the outline of the sliced bread, the middle part of the sliced bread is hollowed out, and the sliced bread is thawed. After that, the loop-shaped portion around the periphery of the sliced bread is placed on an iron plate, and flour dissolved in water and a favorite side dish are poured inside and baked.

By baking bread in a container whose outer peripheral wall is formed so as to draw a desired shading pattern and slicing the bread, sliced bread having an outline having a desired shading pattern can be easily obtained. By freezing the sliced bread and making a slit, you can hollow out the middle part neatly. If you place the loop-shaped part around the periphery of the sliced bread, which has a hole in the center, on a griddle and pour flour, prepared foods, etc. dissolved in water into it, the loop-shaped part will act as a dam on the griddle and the flour will flow. Since the outside of the okonomiyaki is prevented from flowing out, the outer shape of the okonomiyaki can be made to match the shaded shape described above.

First, FIG. 1 shows a container 1 for baking bread. This container 1 is formed so that the outer peripheral walls 1a and 1b draw a desired shaded pattern (in this case, a bird shape). The outer circumferential walls 1a, 1b are vertically divided into two parts, one of which is fixed to the bottom plate 2, the other outer circumferential wall 1b is pivotally connected to the outer circumferential wall 1a with a hinge 3, and the other end is attached to the outer circumferential wall. The wall 1a and the outer peripheral wall 1b can be connected with a fastener 4. The rear is a lid plate that covers the upper opening of the container 1, and 6 is a fastener for the lid plate 5.

If bread dough is placed in the container 1, the lid plate 5 is closed, and the dough is heated in an oven, a bread 7 having an outline shaped like a bird's shade as shown in FIG. 2 can be obtained. When this bread 7 is sliced, sliced bread 8 of a constant width as shown in FIG. 3 is obtained. Next, this sliced bread 8 is placed in a freezer to freeze and harden, and then a mold cutter 9 as shown in FIG. 4 is used to cut a certain width (preferably

Hollow out. The center portion 11 can be defrosted and eaten as a sandwich or the like, but the loop-shaped portion 12 at the periphery as shown in Fig. 6 can be thawed and then placed on a griddle (not shown) and grilled. You can bake it by pouring flour 13 dissolved in water into the inside of the shell. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, by arbitrarily arranging the favorite side dishes 14 thereon, a delicious okonomiyaki can be baked. This loop-shaped part 12 acts as a weir when flour 13 is poured into its inside, stops the flour 13 from spreading out unnecessarily, and makes the outer shape of the okonomiyaki as shown in the shading diagram. Bread's flavor blends well with the other ingredients of okonomiyaki, making it appealing to the taste buds.

The external shape of the okonomiyaki can be shaped into any desired shaded shape, such as a heart shape, a car shape, or a panda shape, in addition to the bird shape shown in the embodiment, depending on the shape of the bread baking container 1.

Then, the sliced bread was made hard by freezing and then the middle part was hollowed out, so that the cut was made neatly and the loop-shaped part could be easily made.

In this way, the method for making okonomiyaki of this invention involves making bread with a desired external shape in a bread baking container, slicing it, freezing it, making cuts, and using the loop-shaped part to fill the inside with water-dissolved flour. Since okonomiyaki is manufactured by pouring prepared foods into the okonomiyaki, it is possible to make okonomiyaki with various interesting external shapes, and
The loop-shaped part is neatly hollowed out and acts as a weir, which makes the thickness of the dough made from flour uniform and is useful because it allows you to easily make okonomiyaki that is always well-baked and evenly baked.
