めのフローチヤート、第４図および第５図は従来
の触媒コンバータの配置構造をそれぞれ説明する
ための模型図である。 １……触媒コンバータ、１Ａ……シユラウド、
１Ｂ……触媒、１Ｃ……通電電極、３，４……電
圧印加用端子、５……電圧制御部、６……排気温
センサ、７……エンジンスタートスイツチ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ エンジンの排気経路中に配置してある触媒コ
    ンバータであつて、 触媒作用を行なう物質を付着される触媒担体を
    発熱部材により構成し、この発熱部材には、通電
    電極および外部からの電圧印加用端子を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする自動車用触媒コンバータ。 ２ 請求項１記載の自動車用触媒コンバータにお
    いて、通電電極には、触媒作用を行う物質の温度
    が活性化温度に近づく方向に上昇した場合、温度
    差に応じて通電量を下げて発熱量を少なくする電
    圧制御部が接続されて構成してある自動車用触媒
    コンバータ。
