この考案は、オートバイのハンドル装置に関す

オートバイで高速タイプのものでは、運転者の
乗車姿勢をできるだけ低くして、風の抵抗を少く
するようにしている。このため、ハンドルは、左
右に分割し、前ホークのシヤフト上部に挿入して
締着し、ハンドル位置を低くしている。ところが
ハンドルは左右側方に突出しているので、オート
バイを横転させた場合路面に最先に衝突する率が
高く、曲げたり折れたりして破損することが多
い。このようなときに、ハンドルをホークシヤフ
トに通して締着していては、ハンドルの交換に前
ホークの一部を分解しなければならず手間がかか
る。特にレース中のように、分秒を争つているよ
うな場合には、ロスタイムが大きく、決定的な不
利になることがある。
