Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧油が流入する流入ポートと、パワーステ
    アリング装置の油圧回路へ作動油を吐出供給する
    吐出ポートと、それら流入及び吐出ポートの間に
    設けたメインオリフイスと、余剰の圧油を還流さ
    せるドレンポートとを備え、前記流入ポートから
    の流入量に応じてスプール室内のスプールが移動
    して前記ドレンポートからのドレン流量を増減さ
    せ、前記メインオリフイスを介して前記吐出ポー
    トから供給される吐出流量制御を行うようにした
    パワーステアリング装置用流量制御弁において、 前記流入ポートとメインオリフイスとの間に、
    サブオリフイスを設け、このサブオリフイス前後
    の圧力が作用する受圧部を、前記スプールに形成
    したことにより、圧油流入量に応じて作動油吐出
    流量が減少するようにしたことを特徴とするパワ
    ーステアリング装置用流量制御弁。 (2) 前記スプール室内の前記スプールの前後に
    第１圧力室と第２圧力室とを画成し、前記サブオ
    リフイスの上流側に補助圧力室を設け、前記スプ
    ールの前記受圧部を、一側が該補助圧力室に臨み
    他側が前記第１圧力室に臨むピストンとして形成
    したことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載のパワース
    テアリング装置用流量制御弁。 (3) 前記スプールに、前記スプール室の前記第
    １圧力室側の壁部に設けた開口を液密的に貫通し
    て前記吐出ポート内へ延出する流路管部を設け、
    該流路管部に前記メインオリフイスを形成するこ
    とにより前記第１圧力室を前記吐出ポートに連通
    させたことを特徴とする請求項(2)記載のパワー
    ステアリング装置用流量制御弁。 (4) 前記スプール室内の前記スプールの前後に
    第１圧力室と第２圧力室とを画成し、前記サブオ
    リフイスの上流側に補助圧力室を設け、前記スプ
    ールの前記受圧部を、一側が該補助圧力室に臨み
    他側が前記第１圧力室に臨むランドとして前記ス
    プールに設けたことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載
    のパワーステアリング装置用流量制御弁。 (5) 前記スプールに設けたランドを摺動自在に
    挿入したリング状ランドとし、該リング状ランド
    とスプールとの間にスプリングを縮設したことを
    特徴とする請求項(4)記載のパワーステアリング
    装置用流量制御弁。
