  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電磁石によつて回転軸を磁気支承し、前記
    回転軸をモータで回転させ、前記回転軸の変位を
    変位センサで検出して前記電磁石を制御する磁気
    軸受装置において、 前記電磁石およびモータならびに変位センサに
    用いられる巻線がセラミツクス電線コイルである
    ことを特徴とする、磁気軸受装置。 (2) 前記セラミツクス電線コイルが用いられる
    前記電磁石およびモータならびに変位センサの積
    層鉄心は、少なくともその端面が非磁性金属で覆
    われていることを特徴とする、磁気軸受装置。
