示す正面図、第４図は本考案の取付装置の取付位
置を示す軌道の平面図、第５図イ，ロは軌道パツ
ドの形状を示す斜視図、第６図は従来の取付金具
を本線レールに固定した状態を示す斜視図、第７
図は従来の取付装置の取付位置を示す軌道の平面
図である。 Ａは取付金具、Ｂは本線レール、Ｃはガード部
材、Ｄは枕木、２１は水平部、２２は垂直部、２
３は係合部、２４は側壁、２５はレール押え、２
６は固定ボルト、２７は当接面、２８は嵌合溝、
２９は載置面、３０は締結ボルト。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 正面略Ｌ字状に形成され、水平部上面に本線
    レール下面に嵌合するレール嵌合部が形成され、
    垂直部上端にガード部材の取付部を嵌合する嵌合
    溝が形成され、前記垂直部を内軌側にして水平部
    をレール下面に嵌合させた後固定ボルトによつて
    レールに固定し、然る後、前記垂直部の嵌合溝に
    ガード部材の取付部を嵌合させ、締結ボルトによ
    つてガード部材を締結するようになした取付金具
    によつてガード部材を締結するようになした脱線
    防止用ガード部材の取付装置において、前記取付
    金具を枕木部分に取付けられるように前記水平部
    を前方もしくは後方に移動させ、枕木と対向する
    内側に軌道パツドを介して枕木の側面に当接する
    当接面を形成すると共に、前記垂直部の下面を軌
    道パツドを介して枕木の上面に載置する載置面と
    したことを特徴とする脱線防止用ガード部材の取
    付装置。 ２ 取付金具の内側コーナー部にレール裾部の一
    側を係合する係合部を形成し、取付金具の水平部
    の上面先端に前後方向に傾斜する側壁を形成する
    と共に、該側壁とレール裾部の他側との間に、レ
    ール裾部に係合する係合段部を有するくさび状の
    レール押えを嵌合させ固定ボルトを螺締すること
    によつて取付金具をレールに固定するようにした
    ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の脱線防止用ガ
    ード部材の取付装置。 ３ 取付金具の垂直部外面側をテーパー状の切欠
    きを形成すると共に、水平部外側面の端部近傍に
    もテーパー状の切欠きを形成したことを特徴とす
    る請求項１に記載の脱線防止用ガード部材の取付
    装置。
