- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金属板とセラミツク圧電体とが貼合されたバイ
モルフ振動子に、付加共振子が取付けられ、これ
らがケース内に収納された超音波送受波器におい
て、 上記付加共振子と上記金属板は、アルミニウム
で構成され、アルミニウム素地のまま抵抗溶接に
よつて互いに固定されていることを特徴とする超
音波送受波器。
