    基板間の隙間を保護するべく前記モノリシツク集
    積回路部品の外形より若干小さめで且つ絶縁性及
    び伸縮自在な弾力性を有してなり前記モノリシツ
    ク集積回路部品の周囲を密着して覆う略方形角バ
    ンド状の保護カバーを備えることを特徴とする部
    品保護カバー。
