Claims (1)
- 透光性の樹脂材料に形成した透明電極と背面電
極との間に発光層を形成するとともに板状リード
を引き出して樹脂外皮フイルムで圧着封止してな
る分散ＥＬ素子において、前記樹脂外皮フイルム
に前記板状リードに沿つてリード封止部を形成し
、前記樹脂外皮フイルムに前記板状リードの略外
端縁までの長さを有するリード保護部を前記リー
ド封止部の外側方に位置させて形成し、前記リー
ド封止部で封止された板状リードの外端部片面に
絶縁被覆リード線を接続固着し、前記リード封止
部と前記絶縁被覆リード線とに渡り熱収縮樹脂チ
ユーブを密着封止したことを特徴とする分散ＥＬ
素子。
