Claims (1)
- 透光性の樹脂材料に形成した透明電極と背面電
極との間に発光層を形成するとともに板状リード
を引き出して一対の樹脂外皮フイルムで圧着封止
してなる分散ＥＬ素子において、前記一対の樹脂
外皮フイルムに前記板状リードの略外端縁までの
長さを有しかつ段差を外端部に有するリード封止
部を形成し、このリード封止部で前記板状リード
を封止し、前記段差によつて前記板状リードの外
端部片面に形成された露出部分に絶縁被覆リード
線を半田付け接続したことを特徴とする分散ＥＬ
素子。
