Machine 32 is arranged. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the ultrasonic welding machine 32 includes a slitter 35 consisting of a substantially cylindrical body 34 integrally attached to a shaft 33 that rotates in synchronization with the feeding of the continuous sheet 4. It is provided. The slitter 35 includes a plurality of sharp fusing blades 36 at the center of the main body 34 and welding blades 37 at both ends thereof.
The welding blades 37 extend in the radial direction at regular intervals along the circumferential direction, and the welding blades 37 extend at right angles to the fusing blades 36 . As a result, the continuous tape 30 is guided from the tape holder 31 to the center of the upper surface of the continuous sheet 4 via the positioning guide 38, and is welded and bonded so as to have a series of cuts a in the continuous sheet 4, as shown in FIG. be done. The cuts a are provided at intervals that can be easily torn with a fingertip or the like, and form an entrance to a clothing cover such as a suit.

In addition to being continuously welded and joined by 9, 22, and 23, one continuous sheet 4 of the pair of continuous sheets 4 and 5 is used to form an entrance/exit for a suit, etc.
In addition, the ultrasonic welding machine 32 for fusing cuts the continuous tape 30 while leaving welding marks along the feeding direction and making cuts a at regular intervals, so no manual work is required and automatic continuous operation is possible. This makes it possible to improve productivity, reduce costs, improve homogeneity and dimensional accuracy, and obtain reliable products.

Furthermore, by changing the welding blade 37 into various shapes and interposing the continuous tape 30, various patterns can be drawn on the surface of the continuous tape 30 welded to the continuous sheet 4, increasing the decorative effect. , product design improves. In addition, even when the continuous tape 30 is not used, the welding blade 35

向上する。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, a pair of continuous sheets are guided from a set roll to an ultrasonic welding machine for peripheral welding in a superimposed state, and the continuous sheets are continuously welded by the ultrasonic welding machine for peripheral welding. In addition to welding and joining the corresponding peripheral edges with tape, one of the pair of continuous sheets is welded at regular intervals using an ultrasonic welding machine for fusing to form an entrance/exit for the dressmaking product. Since the cuts are made in the 2nd direction, manual operation is not required at all, automatic continuous operation is possible, productivity is improved, costs are reduced, and uniformity and dimensional accuracy are good, making it reliable. You can get a product with good quality. Further, in the ultrasonic welding machine for fusing,
When welding blades are provided on both sides of the fusing blade, it is possible to make cuts in the continuous sheet and also to make welding marks at the same time, thereby providing strong strength and improving the decorative effect.
