ンプと、上記本体に設けられた駆動装置により回
転駆動可能な駆動軸と、同駆動軸の先端部に取付
けられた切削機と同切削機を囲むように配設され
たフードとを有する切削回収マウスとをそなえ、
上記駆動軸の両端部に一対のガイドローラが取付
けられるとともに同一対のガイドローラ間に間隔
をあけて上記ガイドローラより小径な円板状に形
成され、その外周縁部に回転方向と直角または鋭
角をなして取付けられた複数の水平カツタをそな
えた複数の垂直カツタが取付けられて切削機が形
成されるとともに、同切削機が、同切削機を構成
する上記駆動軸が上記切削回収マウス内で上記ロ
ボツトの進行方向と直交するように2個配設され
るとともに上記各駆動軸が互いに反対方向に回転
可能に構成され、上記両切削機間に、スクレーパ
が揺動可能に、かつ同スクレーパの刃先部を上記
垂直カツタの間に進入可能に配設されていること
