Claims (7)
- 1.工具シャンクを把持するコレットを一端に有する中空軸を備え、この中空軸 (1)内に収容された遠心加重手段を特徴とする遠心スピンドルにおいて、前記 加重手段は、互いに離間配置されて、可撓性接続部材(6)により結合された2 つの同軸ピストン(4,5)を有し、一方のピストン(4)は中空軸に軸方向に 固着され、他方のピストン(5)はコレット(2)に固着され、軸の回転による 遠心力により可撓性の接続部材を径方向外側へ移動させ、ピストン及びコレット を中空軸内に引込んで工具シャンク(12)を把持するようにした遠心スピンド ル。
- 2.重り(7)が前記可撓性部材の内端部に接続されていることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の遠心スピンドル。
- 3.2つの中間重り(7)を有する2つの可換性接続部材(6)が設けられてい ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の遠心スピンドル。
- 4.一方のピストンは、ねじ付ボルト(8)により中空軸に固着され、このボル トは、中空軸内の肩部(10)に係合する管状部材(9)を通ってピストン(4 )に螺着されていることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の遠心ス ピンドル。
- 5.前記コレットは、ねじ付ピン(11)により一方のピストンに軸方向に接続 され、このピンの端部は、コレット(2)及びピストン(5)に各々螺着されて いることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の遠心スピンドル。
- 6.前記可撓性接続部材は平面状の断面を有し、前記重りは湾曲外面を有し、前 記接続部材はピストン及び重りと一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項 2から5のいずれか一項に記載の遠心スピンドル。
- 7.前記コレットは、閉成位置方向にばね加重が付加されたジョーを備えている ことを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の遠心スピンドル。
