Claims (10)
- 1.Tc=NR、Tc−N=NYまたはTc(−N=NY)2(ここにおいて、 Rはアリール、置換または無置換のアルキルまたは=NR1R2であり; Yはアリールまたは置換または無置換のアルキルであり;R1およびR2は水素 、アリールまたは置換または無置換の脂肪族または環状アルキルであり、これら は同一でも異なっていてもよいが、ともに水素である場合は除く)、および 錯体に生物学的標的探索能を与えるリガンドからなるテクネチウム(99Tcま たは99mTc)錯体。
- 2.LnTc=NR (ここにおいて、Lは1価または多価のリガンドであり;nは1、2、3または 4であり; Rは上記定義のとおりである)の構造を有する請求項1の錯体。
- 3.LnTc−N=NY (ここにおいて、Lは1価または多価のリガンドであり;nは1、2、3または 4であり; Yは上記定義のとおりである)の構造を有する請求項1の錯体。
- 4.LnTc(−N=NY)2 (ここにおいて、Lは1価または多価のリガンドであり;nは1、2、3または 4であり; Yは上記定義のとおりである)の構造を有する請求項1の錯体。
- 5.アルキルが酸素、窒素、硫黄および/またはリンで置換されている請求項1 〜4のいずれかに記載の錯体。
- 6.リガンドが:Q2B(CD2)nBQ2(ここにおいて、Qは水素、アリー ルまたは置換または無置換のアルキルであり、BはPまたはAsであり、; (CD2)は置換または無置換のメチレンでありnは1、2、3または4である )で表されるホスフィンまたはアルシンである請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の 錯体。
- 7.錯体の生物学的標的探索能が存在するリガンドの性質および/または置換基 RおよびYの性質によって決定される放射性薬剤として有用な請求項1〜6のい ずれかに記載の錯体。
- 8.テクネチウムオキソ含有化合物をヒドラジン、アミン、イソシアネート、ス ルフィニルアミンまたはホスフィンイミンと縮合させることによって誘導体とす る工程からなる、 Tc=NR、Tc−N=NYまたはTc(−N=NY)2(ここにおいて、Rお よび上記請求項1の定義のとおりである)を有するテクネチウム(99Tcまた は99mTc)錯体の合成法。
- 9.テクネチウムとハロゲンの結合を有する錯体とヒドラジンまたはアミンとを 反応させることからなる、 Tc=NR、Tc−N=NYまたはTc(−N=NY)2(ここにおいて、Rお よびYは上記請求項1の定義のとおりである)を有するテクネチウム(99Tc または99mTc)錯体の合成法。
- 10.請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のテクネチウム錯体からなる放射性薬剤。
