Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 直線移動する移動体１の上面１Ａに取り付けら
れる第１の反射体２と、 移動体１の下面１Ｂに取り付けられる第２の反
射体３と、 複数の穴４Ａが移動体１の検出位置に対応して
あけられ、移動体１の移動方向と平行に固定され
、穴４Ａ以外の部分が第１の反射体２と第２の反
射体３による光の通路を遮る遮光板４と、 第１の反射体２に投光する投光器５と、 投光器５からの投光が第１の反射体２で反射し
、第１の反射体２の反射光が穴４Ａを通過して第
２の反射体３に投光し、第２の反射体３の反射光
を受光する受光器６とを備え、 受光器６の受光出力があるときは、移動体１が
検出位置にあると判定し、受光器６の受光出力が
ないときは、移動体１が検出位置にないと判定す
ることを特徴とする移動体の位置検出機構。
