り所定のタイミングでパルスを生成する複数対の
パルス発生回路と、入力が対をなすパルス発生回
路同士の出力に接続され、そのパルス発生回路の
各出力の論理積を出力する複数の検相回路と、入
力が各検相回路の出力に接続され、各検相回路の
出力パルスを波形整形してその位相差を補正する
複数のパルス整形回路と、入力が各パルス整形回
路の出力に接続され、そのパスル整形回路の各出
力の論理積を出力する単一の検相確認回路と、そ
の検相確認回路の出力に接続され、その出力信号
に基づいて各バイパス線が正常に接続されている
か否かを報知する表示手段と、各バイパス線に並
列接続され、各バイパス線の絶縁電線への接続時
にOFFされ、表示手段によるバイパス線の正常
接続確認後にONされるバイパス用スイツチとか
