Conventionally, many electric locks are installed by embedding the electric lock mechanism inside the door or inside the frame or pillar that the door touches, but it is impossible to install it due to the thickness of the door or the depth of the frame or pillar. However, it was difficult to install it on an existing door. In addition, with electric locks that are attached to the surface of the door, the entire device is large, and with small ones, the latch may come off due to pressure on the door, or the lock may not unlock when the door is unlocked due to lateral pressure. , lacked reliability.

In the figures, reference numeral 1 denotes a case made of iron or reinforced plastic with an opening at one end, and a cross section near the opening in the case. A substantially sector-shaped latch 12 is rotatably housed so that its hook portion always protrudes from the opening formed by the latch spring 15. A pair of inner support shafts 9 and outer support shafts 10 are installed on the upper and lower sides of both sides of the latch 12, and the above-mentioned latch springs 15 are installed on the inner support shafts 9 and the outer support shafts 10, respectively. is movably engaged with a guide groove (see dotted line in Figure 2) provided on the inner wall of the case 1, and when unlocking, the latch 12 uses the outer support shaft 10 as a fulcrum and the inner support shaft 9 slides through the guide groove. When locked, the latch 12 rotates about the inner support shaft 9 with the outer support shaft 10 sliding in the guide groove. 8 is the latch 12
The arm is rotatably connected to the case 1 by an arm shaft 11, and the arm stops the rotation of the arm shaft 11.
A hook recess provided near the latch 12 engages with the inner support shaft 9 of the latch 12, and its tip is disposed so as to engage and disengage from the free end of the armature 7 operated by the solenoid 2. The solenoid 2 has a plunger 4 that is automatically returned to its original position by a return spring 3, and the center part of an armature 7 whose one end is supported by a shaft 6 is connected to the tip of the plunger 4 by a pin 5. The plunger 4 is moved by suction when excited by the armature 7, and the armature 7 is arranged and housed so as to be tilted about the shaft 6 as a fulcrum. A normally open unlocking contact 32 is housed at the rear of the solenoid 2, and the detection pin 31 protruding from the rear end is pressed by the suction operation of the plunger 4 to bring the contacts into contact. This unlocking contact can detect the unlocked and locked states of the electric lock.

最初の施錠状態に復帰する〔第5図f参照〕。 When the solenoid 2 is energized, the plunger 4 is attracted and the armature 7 is tilted about the shaft 6. Then, the arm 8 and the armature 7 are disengaged, and the arm 8 becomes rotatable about the arm shaft 11 as a fulcrum. In this state, when the door is moved in the direction of opening, the latch 12 that was locked on the catch seat 13
is the latch spring 1 with the outer support shaft 10 as the fulcrum.
The inner support shaft 9 rotates against the elastic force of the arm 8.
When the latch 12 is released from the lock, the latch 12 becomes freely rotatable and comes out of the catch seat 13, opening the door (see Fig. 4b). When the latch 12 is removed from the catch seat 13, the latch spring 15 automatically pushes the latch 12 back. When the solenoid 2 is de-energized at this point, the plunger 4 is activated by the return spring 3.
Armature 7 is pushed back and connected to this
is also returned to its old position, and when the latch 12 is pushed back, the inner support shaft 9 pushes the arm 8 back using the arm shaft 11 as a fulcrum, and the arm 8 and the armature 7 are engaged again, taking the locking position [Fig. 4c reference〕. 5d, e, and f show the door closing operation of the first embodiment. When the door is closed, the latch 12 hits the catch seat 13, and the latch 12 is attached to the inner support shaft 9. The outer support shaft 10 rotates about the fulcrum, and the latch 12 is pushed in by the receiving seat 13 against the elasticity of the latch spring 15 (see FIG. 5e). Latch 1
When the hook portion 2 and the catch seat 13 are aligned, the latch 12 is pushed back by the latch spring 15 and returns to the initial locked state (see Fig. 5f).

〔第7図f参照〕。 FIGS. 6 and 7 show an electric lock according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is equipped with a latch 12 having a hook portion 22 with a built-in spring 14 that can move forward and backward, and a locking pin 9' and a support shaft 10. Figure 6 a, b,
c indicates an unlocking operation, but since the details of the operation are the same as the unlocking operation of the first embodiment, the explanation will be omitted. Figures 7d, e, and f show the door closing operation of the second embodiment of the present invention.
Then, the hook portion 22 of the latch 12, which can move forward and backward, comes into contact with the hook portion 22, and due to the taper of the hook portion 22, only the hook portion 22 is pushed into the main body against the spring 14 (see FIGS. 7d and 7e). The receiving seat 13 is the hook part 22
By passing past the tip of the hook 22, the spring 14 pushes back the hook portion 22 and returns to the initial locked state (see Fig. 7f).

As can be understood from the above description, according to the present invention, the rotation of the latch is directly regulated by the arm that engages and disengages from the armature operated by the excitation of the solenoid, so the mechanism is simplified and the electric lock is compact. It has the characteristic that it can be easily attached to the surface of the door without having to make large holes or cuts in the door, or carve deeply into the door frame or pillars. A convenient and highly secure electric locking device can be obtained without any damage.
