を判別するための第1の判別手段と、 エンジン振動の大きさを検出するエンジン振動
量検出手段にて求めたエンジン振動量が所定値以
下か否かを判別するための第2の判別手段と、 第1の判別手段の出力が所定値以上と判別され
た時に流量制御弁を全閉に設定するための流量制
御弁保護手段と、 第2の判別手段の出力が所定値以下と判別され
た時に流量制御弁保護手段の作動を禁止するため
の解除手段とを有することを特徴とする内燃機関
