Claims (1)
- レーザを光源とする光干渉計を備え、該光干渉
計を構成する移動反射素子が光路上を移動すると
き、光の干渉縞に生ずる周期的な明暗変化を検出
し、その周期的な明暗変化の数に基づき被測定対
象の長さを計測する干渉測長器において、該干渉
測長器には、前記移動反射素子の移動に伴つて押
圧もしくは引圧される圧力センサと、前記移動反
射素子が移動した際、前記圧力センサの出力信号
に生じた変化から、前記移動反射素子の移動方向
を判定する方向判定手段とが設けられたことを特
徴とする干渉測長器の測長方向検出構造。
