As shown in the figure, they are arranged and molded on a mold c.
However, in this method, the number of products produced per unit area of the mold is small, the molding area of the mold c is not effectively utilized, and assembly is required after molding. Therefore, it has not been possible to reduce the unit price of the clip hanger.

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a generally flat molded product, such as a hanger having a hook portion, in multiple pieces by pouring a material into molding grooves provided on dividing surfaces of upper and lower molds. A plurality of molding grooves are formed in parallel in the upper and lower molds so that the flat direction of the molded product is perpendicular to the dividing plane of the upper and lower molds, and the main body of the molded product is formed. the upper and lower molds;
Molding is performed using a sliding core for forming the main body part that is parallel to the dividing plane of the upper mold and the lower mold and movable in the same direction as the flattening direction of the molded product, and each of the hook parts A plurality of sliding cores for forming hooks having a shape compatible with the hook portion, arranged in a direction parallel to the mold dividing plane, and movable in a direction perpendicular to the flattening direction of the molded product. After molding, the upper mold and the lower mold are opened in the vertical direction, and the sliding core for forming the main body part is slid by an inclined cam provided in the upper mold, and at the same time each of the above molds is opened. By sliding the connecting rod connecting the hook-forming sliding cores using an inclined cam provided in the upper mold, each hook-forming sliding core is retracted from the hook part, and the formed product is removed. This is a method of manufacturing a hanger or the like having a hook portion, which is characterized by taking out a hook portion.

In the present invention, by arranging the molding grooves on the mold vertically without laying the hook part flat, the number of products to be produced can be increased with the same mold area. Since the main body of the molded product usually has a portion that becomes an undercut with respect to the upper and lower molds, this is formed using a sliding core for forming the main body. Since the hook portion is further undercut (double undercut) in the mold release direction of this sliding core for forming the main body portion, the hook portion is formed with a plurality of other sliding cores for hook formation. .

After being cooled and hardened in the same mold, the upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2 are opened in a direction perpendicular to the dividing surface 6 with the dividing surface 6 as a reference. It will be released from the mold. Note that if there is no undercut in the shape of the product forming part 8 in the direction perpendicular to the dividing surface 6, there will be no problem when releasing the product, but the hook forming part 8a of the clip hanger product part in this embodiment The holding piece forming portion 8b becomes undercut and cannot be released from the mold as it is.

2, and by sliding together, it is possible to perform undercut treatment. That is, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, each of the hook forming sliding cores 11 corresponding to the number of products is connected to a connecting rod 12 with a key 13, and the connecting rod 12 is connected to the tip of the hook forming part 8a. 8c is placed in the place where it is dodged when releasing the mold. With this configuration, when the upper mold 1 is opened, the inclined cam 16 integrated with the upper mold 1 operates in a direction perpendicular to the dividing surface 6, and moves the hook-forming sliding core 15 parallel to the dividing surface 6. operate in the direction. As a result, the hook-forming sliding cores 11 connected to the connecting rods 12 move by the space 14, so that the hook-forming portions 8a move into the hook-forming sliding cores 11.
The mold is released from 1. Next, regarding the removal of the clamping piece forming portion 8b, when the upper mold 1 is separated from the lower mold 2, the inclined cam 16 is integrally formed with the mold 1.
Also separate. However, since the inclined cam 16 is provided in the penetrating hole provided diagonally in the holding piece forming core 9, movement of the inclined piece forming core 9 in the direction perpendicular to the dividing surface 6 is caused by the movement of the holding piece forming core 9. A horizontal component force is applied, whereby the core 9 moves outward along the dividing surface 6, and the engagement between the core 9 and the clamping piece forming portion 8b is released. The released product forming portion 8 is completely removed from the mold by the extrusion pin 7 in the next molding operation step, and the molding is completed.

In order to increase the number of products per unit area of the mold in the conventional technology, it was necessary to increase the size of the mold, but in the present invention, the size of the mold has to be increased by 4. It is possible to produce up to 6 times as many products, and since it is an integrally molded embodiment, an assembly process can be eliminated. Accordingly, the productivity of clip hangers can be significantly improved and the unit price can be significantly reduced.

有するハンガー等の製造方法。[Scope of Claims] 1. A generally flat molded product such as a hanger having a hook portion can be molded into a large number of pieces by pouring the material into molding grooves provided in the dividing surfaces 6 of the upper and lower molds 1 and 2. In the method of manufacturing by molding, forming grooves are formed in the upper and lower molds 1 and 2 so that the flat direction of the molded product is perpendicular to the dividing surface 6 of the upper and lower molds 1 and 2. A plurality of pieces are formed in parallel, and the body part of the molded product is formed by the upper and lower molds 1 and 2, and the upper mold and the lower mold 1,
The main body forming sliding core 9 is parallel to the dividing surface 6 of the molded product and movable in the same direction as the flattening direction of the molded product. Molding using a plurality of hook-forming sliding cores 11 having a matching shape, arranged in a direction parallel to the mold dividing surface 6, and movable in a direction perpendicular to the flattening direction of the molded product. After molding, the upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2 are opened in the vertical direction, and the sliding core 9 for forming the main body part is slid by the inclined cam 10 provided on the upper mold 1, and at the same time By sliding the connecting rod 12 connecting each of the hook-forming sliding cores 11 by an inclined cam 16 provided on the upper mold 1, each hook-forming sliding core 11 is connected to the hook portion. A method for manufacturing a hanger or the like having a hook portion, characterized in that the molded product is taken out after being retracted further.
