Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内周面の適宜位置に固定刃８を有するせん断室
    １ａと、せん断室１ａへ通じる搬送通路１ｂと、
    搬送通路１ｂ内部からせん断室１ａ内部へ渡され
    た長尺の回転軸２と、回転軸２へ回動力を供給す
    る電動機３とを有してなり、 回転軸２表面の搬送通路１ｂ内領域は、回転軸
    ２長手方向へ螺旋状に巻回するねじ羽根２１を有
    し、 回転軸２表面のせん断室１ａ内領域は、適宜数
    のせん断刃９，９ａを有し、 せん断刃９，９ａは、回転軸２の回転に従い上
    記ねじ羽根２１によつて搬送通路１ｂから送られ
    て来る金属屑を上記固定刃８との間でせん断する
    ことが可能なるものであり、上記電動機３は、ト
    ルクが上がつたとき逆転する制御手段を備えるこ
    とにより、せん断室１ａ内にて搬送物が詰まつた
    とき、自動的に逆転して金属屑を搬送通路１ｂ方
    向へ後退させることが可能なるものであることを
    特徴とする金属切削屑のせん断処理装置。
