Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔考案の利用分野〕 本考案は回転のこ刃で切断する携帯用電動丸のこの切
粉排出構造に関するものである。
〔考案の背景〕
第２図〜第４図により従来技術における携帯用電動丸
のこの切粉排出構造を示す。
第２図において、ハウジング１には電動機が内蔵され
ており、この電動機の動力により、歯車等の伝達手段を
介してのこ刃２を駆動させている。更にのこ刃２を覆う
形でソーカバー３がハウジング１に固定されている。前
記ソーカバー３の操作者側側壁には切粉排出口４が設け
られており、第３図に示す如く被削材６を切断すると、
切断時に発生する切粉はソーカバー３の内側を通り、前
記切粉排出口４より第３図の矢印のように排出される。
以上のような従来の切粉排出構造において、ソーカバ
ー３内を流れる切粉は第４図の矢印Ｂ、Ｃのように流
れ、ソーカバー３内の切粉の流れがＣのような場合、操
作者の方向に排出されてしまい、操作しずらいという欠
点があった。
〔考案の目的〕
本考案の目的は、上記した従来技術の欠点をなくし、
切粉が操作者側に排出されるのを防止し、以って操作性
の向上を図ることである。
〔考案の概要〕
本考案は、ソーカバーの外側内壁に沿って流れてきた
切粉が丸のこ後方すなわち操作者側に排出されることに
着目し、前記ソーカバーの切粉排出口近傍に内方に向か
って突出した制御壁を設けたことを特徴とするものであ
る。
〔考案の実施例〕
本考案の実施例を第１図に示す。
本考案の実施例の構造は下記の部分を除いて従来技術
と同じである。
第１図に示すように、切粉排出口４近傍のソーカバー
３の外側内壁に内方に向かって突出した制御壁５を設け
ている。図において、破線Ｃは制御壁５が無い場合の切
粉の流れを示しており、制御壁５を突設することによ
り、切粉の流れは破線Ｃから、制御壁５に沿って変化し
て実線Ｃ′の流れになる。
以上のことより、切断時、一部の切粉が操作者の方向
に排出されるのを防ぐことができ、操作性を向上でき
る。
〔考案の効果〕
本考案によれば、ソーカバーの操作者側側壁に切粉排
出口を有する携帯用電動丸のこにおいて、切粉排出口内
側端部に制御壁を突設したので、ソーカバー内の切粉の
流れを変えることができ、操作者の方向に切粉が排出さ
れるのを防ぐことができる。この結果、操作性を向上で
きる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は第３図のＡ−Ａ線断面図で本考案の実施例を示
す切粉排出口の断面図、第２図は携帯用電動丸のこの斜
視図、第３図は被削材切削時の作業図、第４図は第３図
のＡ−Ａ線断面図で、従来技術の切粉排出口の断面図で
ある。 図において、１はハウジング、２はのこ刃、３はソーカ
バー、４は切粉排出口、５は制御壁、６が被削材であ
る。

  1. 【請求項１】電動機により駆動される回転のこ刃、前記
    電動機を収納するハウジング、前記回転のこ刃を覆い、
    その一部に切粉排出口が設けられているソーカバーを有
    する携帯用電動丸のこにおいて、 前記切粉排出口の内側端部に、制御壁を突出したことを
    特徴とする携帯用電動丸のこの切粉排出構造。
