て、該光フアイバ端面における結合光の変位方向
に合わせて、該光フアイバ端面の楕円短軸を固定
したことを特徴とする半導体レーザ装置。 ２ 半導体レーザと、端面斜めカツトされた光フ
アイバとを少くとも有する半導体レーザ装置にお
いて、該光フアイバ端面の楕円短軸が、該半導体
レーザの水平横モード方向に一致していることを
特徴とする半導体レーザ装置。 ３ 半導体レーザと、端面斜めカツトされた光フ
イバと、半導体レーザを冷却するペルチエ素子と
を少くとも有する半導体レーザ装置において、該
光フアイバ端面の楕円短軸が、該ペルチエ素子が
固定されたパツケージ底面に対し垂直方向になつ
ていることを特徴とする半導体レーザ装置。
