  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電気回路の一部を構成する平形半導体素子を冷
    却フインで挟み支持板で圧接してなる平形半導体
    素子スタツクにおいて、 上記平形半導体素子と共に電気回路の一部を構
    成するコンデンサの金属ケースの一部を平板電極
    として形成し、この平板電極を前記平形半導体素
    子と共に同軸に圧接してなることを特徴とする平
    形半導体素子スタツク。
