Claims (1)
- 少なくともアルミニウムを含む材料より成るフ
イン付き放熱板に電子素子を組み込む事ができる
ケースを設けた放熱ケースのうち、該ケースの少
なくとも１面の表面付近は該ケース内に前記電子
素子を組み込んだ後、モールド部材にて密閉され
、該１面の該表面付近以外の該ケース内と該電子
素子との間は空隙を有し、かつ前記ケースの少な
くとも１面は、前記の少なくともアルミニウムを
含む材料にて一体化して、封止されている電子素
子組み込み型フイン付き放熱ケース。
