Claims (1)
- かご内に設けられエレベータの異常発生時に操
作される押釦と、この押釦の操作により起動し、
前記エレベータが設置されているビルの設備機器
を管理する管理室へ、異常発生の通報を行う第１
の通信手段と、前記押釦の操作から所定時間が経
過しても、前記第１の通信手段による通報に対す
る応答がないと、通信回線を介して前記エレベー
タを遠隔的に監視する監視センタへ、異常発生の
通報を行う第２の通信手段と、この第２の通信手
段による通報から所定時間が経過しても、前記第
２の通信手段による通報に対する応答がないと、
前記エレベータのかご上に設けたブザーを鳴動さ
せる通報手段とを有することを特徴とするエレベ
ータの非常通報装置。
