Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ パイプ電極を被加工物の上方より下降させ、
    パイプ電極と被加工物に間歇的に電圧パルスを印
    加し、パイプ電極を通して加工液を加工部に噴出
    しながら細穴を加工する細穴加工装置において、
    被加工物の下方に上向きに加工部へ加工液を噴出
    する加工液噴出ノズルを設けると共に、該加工液
    噴出ノズルからの加工液を噴出させるタイミング
    を制御する制御装置を設け、かつ、該加工液噴出
    ノズルの下部に、加工により生じる中子を排出す
    る排出口を設けたことを特徴とする細穴加工装置
    。 ２ 前記加工液噴出ノズルの噴出口近傍に、加工
    液の圧力により加工液噴出流路が開くと同時に前
    記排出口を閉塞し、前記加工液噴出ノズルへの加
    工液の供給が無くなることにより加工液噴出流路
    を閉塞すると同時に前記排出口を開口する可動コ
    マを設けたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の細穴
    加工装置。
