Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 何等かの信号を発生する信号源１１と、該
信号源１１の信号が入力される第１の減算器１３
と、積分器１４と、ＡＤ変換器１５と、該ＡＤ変
換器１５の出力をフイードバツクして前記第１の
減算器１３に入力するＤＡ変換器１６とで構成さ
れるΣΔ変調器１２と、 前記積分器１４の出力から前記ＤＡ変換器１６
の出力を減算する第２の減算器１７とを具備する
ことを特徴とするノイズ発生器。 (2) 信号源１１と第１のΣΔ変調器１２と第２
の減衰器１７とで構成された第１のノイズ発生器
１８の第２の減衰器１７の出力部に前記第１のノ
イズ発生器１８と同一構成の第２のノイズ発生器
２８を接続して２段構成にしたことを特徴とする
ノイズ発生器。 (3) 第１のノイズ発生器１８の信号源を第２の
ノイズ発生器２８の出力ノイズとすることを特徴
とする請求項２記載のノイズ発生器。
