Claims (1)
タライズ配線層を有する絶縁基体と、下面に封止
部材を被着させた蓋体とから成り、絶縁基体上面
に蓋体を封止部材を介し接合させることによつて
内部に圧電振動子を封入するようになした圧電振
動子収納用容器において、前記蓋体下面に被着さ
せた封止部材のうち絶縁基体上面のメタライズ配
線層と対接する部位の厚みが他の部位の厚みより
薄くなつていることを特徴とする圧電振動子収納
