- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数枚の磁性体シートと複数の導電パターンと
が交互に積層され、それぞれの導電パターンの端
部が隣り合う導電パターンの端部と順次接続され
てなる積層インダクタにおいて、 前記導電パターンは、両端が磁性体シートの端
部よりも内側にあり、かつ、磁性体シートの端辺
に対して略平行な直線形状を成しており、積層さ
れたすべての導電パターンは同一方向に配置され
ていることを特徴とする積層インダクタ。
