- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 同一チツプに発光素子部及び受光素子部を備え
た光半導体装置において、 上記発光素子部の発光部と受光素子部の受光部
との間に第一配線用金属膜を形成し、 該第一配線用金属膜上に透光性の層間絶縁膜を
形成し、 更に、該層間絶縁膜の周囲を覆うようにして第
二配線用金属膜を設けたことを特徴とする光半導
体装置。
