- 発光又は受光半導体素子を被覆する透明樹脂の
一部に凹凸のない鏡面状の透光部が形成され、そ
の他の部分には微細な凹凸を有する非透光部が形
成されていることを特徴とする半導体素子のパツ
ケージ構造。
