Claims (1)
- 給液口に嵌合するテーパガイド部と、このテー
パガイド部に嵌合された給液口に係脱するクラン
プ装置とを備えた液体注入ガンの上端に、外周面
に凹部を設けたガイドピンを突設し、ロボツトア
ームに、エアの給排ポートを有するシリンダと、
このシリンダにスプリングによつて常に前進方向
に付勢して嵌挿した圧着ピストンと、この圧着ピ
ストンの進退軸線に対し直交する軸線方向に進退
するセンタリングシリンダとを設けたシリンダヘ
ツドを取付け、前記シリンダヘツドに、前記圧着
ピストンが当接し、かつセンタリングシリンダに
よつて求心される調心ヘツドを介してクランプボ
デーを上下、左右に揺動自在に懸架し、このクラ
ンプボデーに、前記液体注入ガンの上端のガイド
ピンに嵌合するピン穴と、このピン穴の開口端に
テーパ穴と、前記ガイドピンに設けられている凹
部に係脱するクランプピンを有するガンクランプ
用シリンダとを設けたことを特徴とする液体注入
ガンの把持装置。
