Claims (1)
- 枠体１に、作動ピストン２を軸方向に自在に動
くよう支架し、その作動ピストン２に、感圧素子
３を、軸方向に可動に嵌挿して、その感圧素子３
の前記軸方向の両面に電極板５，６を設け、その
一方の電極板５を、作動ピストン２に対し軸方向
に一体に動くよう連繋し、他方の電極板６と枠体
１との間に、該電極板６を前記一方の電極板５の
側に押し出す弾性材４を装設し、電極板５，６を
引出線５０，６０により測定回路に接続するよう
にしてなる位置センサ。
