- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 流体の通過により回転する羽根車１１を取付け
た回転軸１０を回転自在に支持する軸受を有し、
この回転を取り出して流量を測定する流量計にお
いて、 前記回転軸１０の両端に軸方向の荷重を支える
面状軸受２１，２４を配置し、 この面状軸受２１，２４に接する回転軸１０の
両端に点接触可能な突状部１３を形成し、 この回転軸１０の両端部の回転方向を滑り軸受
２２，２５で支承し、 一方、この回転軸１０に少なくとも１個以上の
磁性体１４を固定した回転体１５を取付け、 この回転体１５の周囲の本体ケース１に磁気セ
ンサ３０を埋設した、 ことを特徴とする流量測定装置。
