    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測流体の流量に応じて回転する羽根車と、該
    羽根車の中心部に設けられ両端部を軸受部により
    回転自在に軸承される回転軸部とよりなるタービ
    ン式流量計において、前記回転軸部及び前記軸受
    部の少なくともいずれか一方を硬質材で形成し、
    前記硬質材の表面にダイヤモンド層を被覆してな
    るタービン式流量計。
