Claims (1)
- 入力データをサンプリングして格納し可視表示
を行うロジツクアナライザにおいて、入力データ
のサンプリング・タイミングの周期を設定する複
数の周期設定手段と、前記複数の周期設定手段の
それぞれに対応し周期変更タイミングを指定する
サンプリング・タイミングの回数値を設定する複
数の周期変更タイミング設定手段と、サンプリン
グ・タイミングの発生回数を計数し前記複数の周
期変更タイミング設定手段のそれぞれに設定され
た前記回数値との一致を検出すると対応する前記
周期設定手段を起動するサンプリング回数検出手
段とを備え、１回の測定において複数種類のサン
プリング・タイミングの周期の設定を行うことを
特徴とするロジツクアナライザ。
