    る塗布ヘツドと、前記第一移動部材を前記第一方
    向に移動させる第一移動装置とを有する塗布ユニ
    ツトと、 前記装置本体に、ほぼ水平でかつ前記第一方向
    と交差する第二方向に移動可能に支持された第二
    移動部材と、その第二移動部材上に設けられ、前
    記塗布対象物を第二移動部材に固定する固定装置
    と、前記第二移動部材を前記第二方向に移動させ
    る第二移動装置とを有する塗布対象物移動ユニツ
    トと を含むことを特徴とする高粘性流体塗布装置。
