Claims (1)
- 陽極基板と、該陽極基板上に形成された配線と
、該配線を被覆する絶縁層と、該絶縁層に設けら
れたスルーホールと、該スルーホールを介して前
記配線に接続する陽極と、前記絶縁層上に載置さ
れたグリツドと、該グリツドを前記絶縁層上に固
着し前記スルーホールを介して前記グリツドを前
記配線に接続する導電性固着ペーストとを有する
蛍光表示管において、前記絶縁層上に前記導電性
固着ペーストにて配線を形成し２層配線構造とし
たことを特徴とする蛍光表示管。
