Claims (1)
- 裏面に半導体素子搭載部および導体回路が設け
られ、この導体回路に接続されたリードピンが裏
面から突出していて、表面には導体回路が設けら
れている配線基板に、半導体素子を取り付けた後
、樹脂封止し、樹脂封止面を金属キヤツプで覆う
構造の樹脂封止型半導体装置において、前記金属
キヤツプには封入樹脂によつて充填される開孔部
が設けてあり、この開孔部から封入樹脂が０．６
３５mm〜１．５２４mm突出していることを特徴と
する樹脂封止型半導体装置。
