Claims (1)
- 半導体チツプを搭載したパツケージ本体とリー
ドを有する外部接続端子部とに着脱可能に分割さ
れ、分割された一方に凹部溝を、他方にはこれに
嵌合する凸条部を設け、凸条部頂面からはスプリ
ングで押圧された金属球の頭を露出させ、且つ凹
部溝底面には凹みを有する金属板を敷設して、凸
条部と凹部溝とが嵌合する際のスライドベアリン
グ機能と、金属球が金属板の凹みにはまるロツク
機能とを持たせ、リード又はボンデイングワイヤ
と導通されている金属球及び金属板を介してリー
ドと半導体チツプとを電気的に接続することを特
徴とする集積回路パツケージ。
