    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダケース１の外周面に、シリンダの軸線
    方向へ延びるセンサ装着溝３を形成し、そのセン
    サ装着溝３内にセンサ素子６を内装したセンサケ
    ース５を装着し、前記センサ装着溝３の外面側に
    は前記センサケース５取付用の取付レール４，４
    を形成し、前記センサケース５には前記取付レー
    ル４，４の内面及び外面を挟着するための一対の
    挟着部材１２，１３を設け、前記センサケース５
    には前記両挟着部材１２，１３を前記取付レール
    ４に挟着するための螺合手段１４を設けたことを
    特徴とするシリンダにおけるセンサの取付構造。
